After a long, holiday-typical period of silence from us, we’re back with some progress about act 2 of the game. We didn’t quite finish it before the new year as we hoped, but we are very, very close!

Writing:

The most exciting news here is that Reese’s act 2 has been completed! That leaves the rest of Lulu and Skylar’s writing for act 2 as well as the entirety of Morrigan’s act 2.
Also, at this point in the the game has reached a little over 74,000 words. It’s crazy to think of how long this project is slowly becoming, but exciting nonetheless!

CGs:

While the writing for act 2 is painstakingly close to being done, all the major act 2 CGs have been sketched out and colored!

As these CGs get completed, Patron supporters of the artist tier can look forward to previews of the completed images!

As we near the completion of act 2, we will be going headstrong into completing the final act of the game and preparing for the launch of the game. We hope you all look forward to it as much as we do and thank you for sticking around through our holiday month periods of radio silence (we can sincerely promise there will be no more of those for the rest of Alice’s Reverie’s development).
